Scam?
I bought the top end via 3 codes, and to a oid possible issues I even paid for the top hosting they offer, for a year. After a week I am where I started, nothing works.
Their 1 click installation does not even work in their own hosting, that says it all about it., much less in other hosting which I have.
Tried all options from auto, to 1 click to manual, same error either in their hosting or mine.
Support, or actually lack of it, sucks. They even closed the ticket without doing anything. They limit to send the same automatic email over and over asking for Skype conference, what for when their issues is obvious theirs. And ask to have remote access to my computer...
Interesting they offer paid for installation, and I guess they have made impossible to I stall it so that we pay extra to install, scam?
I have asked twice for a refund of their hosting I paid for a year in advance, and is not working. As expect they ignored my request.
Buy at your own risk, they don't work weekends just 8 hours a day Indian time, not that they are any helpful, so buy at your own risk.
I will ask for appsumo full refund if they don't sort it this weekend. Sad

Here are some updates on this
1. 1 Click installation does work, It should work on our own hosting and also others. If your experience does not say that, we can try again to find out what happened there.
2. We invite you to a Skype chat, to help you personally live (instead of doing a lot of to and for with chats that reaches nowhere). Our customers consider it a prompt and helpful advantage. We are not sure that the issue is ours unless we can detect it.
Through monitored (you monitor it, you control it) remote access on Anydesk of your computer and hosting, we can fix issues on it. That's better than asking you to fix it.
We have helped 1000s of customers find resolution faster that way and people love it that we will fix issues for them instead of making run in circles.
Our 4.9 star rating on Google business should speak for that
3. Paid for installation is a service we provide for our customers who don't want to spend the time. We take care of all the work and give them the finished install. Again, people appreciate that we take care of this, specially if they are non technical. Also, it's incredibly affordable.
4. We have a no-issues refund policy valid for 30 days. If you go beyond that point there is no automatic refund.
5. Yes, we don't work weekends. Our team works 8+ hours a day and they work hard to be helpful to our buyers. So they can't be asked to work 24/7.
Sorry we couldn't serve to your standards. We will continue working to our best effort for the customers who choose us.
