Q: Hello, I have some questions and will be grateful if you can answer them.
1. Can your software provide long form content up to 4,500 words for a single article?
2. If I want an article that's 3,500 - 4,500 words, is there a feature that allows me to state how long the article should be by entering a number for the word count?
3. If I need 23 H2 sub-headings within my long form content, will it find related semantic headings and insert them into the article?
4. I'd like to have a certain amount of paragraphs, for example 20. Will the software provide the exact number I need?
6. Can I edit and extend the content after it has written it?
7. Do you provide support, if you do, is it by a chatbot on your website or a ticket system, and how long does it take to get a reply?
8. If 10 people used the same prompt in your software. Would it provide the same content for each of those 10 people?
9. The content Shopia provides, will it past Ai content detection tools, to show that it has wasn't produced with Ai software?
10. Does the word count rollover if it hasn't all been used?
11. Does the word count limit of 200,000 re-start the following month?

Yes it can :)

We're currently working on providing estimated word count functionality. This should be available within 1 week.

We have a number of AI header suggestion features that can be utilized to find similar or rephrased headings

I'm sorry to say we don't have this functionality yet. We can look into this once we released the estimated word count functionality for articles

Yes we provide many features to do this

We do not use a chat bot. Customer feedback comes through our Facebook group, feedback/roadmap software and our ticket system (live chat in the day) (typically we reply within 1-2 hours)

The AI generates unique copy each time.

We are currently performing very well in this compared to industry leaders but we are continuing to look for improvements on this.
10. Does the word count rollover if it hasn't all been used?
Monthly word count does not roll over. Permanent credits can be gained through our reward system and these roll over.
11. Does the word count limit of 200,000 re-start the following month?
Yes it will re-start.
