Shopia.ai is an AI-powered writing and content optimization tool that claims to offer a range of features to help intermediate-level users create high-quality content. When I first came across Shopia.ai, I was immediately drawn to the product as it seemed to offer everything that I needed in one platform. So, I decided to purchase an LTD plan to try it out. There is a lot to like about shopia and greatly appreciate the idea and the plan.

Unfortunately, since the day I made the purchase, I have been struggling to convince myself that it was a good investment. While Shopia.ai offers a range of amazing features such as auto external linking in blogs created, an auto bold important phrases feature, cluster planner, text editor, and optimizer, but it falls short in actual performance.

For instance, the auto-linking and bold phrases features were taken off due to the need for improvements. Additionally, the cluster planner can only handle very common topics and struggles with even the slightest complex topics. Sometimes, it gives outputs that are completely irrelevant, and in my case, it even gave completely false information. There are other glitches in the workflow for example there is no way to edit images and others that I really hope will be resolved with new updates and time.

Despite the shortcomings, I still appreciate the product and want it to work. One reason is because of their excellent customer support. The team is very spontaneous and tries to help the best they can during UK working hours in my case. I have also given them feedback from time to time, although I do not know how seriously developers and founders take those comments into consideration.

Overall, Shopia.ai has a generous offering on LTD better than most of the products on appsumo, It is far from a reliable and dependable tool for writing and content optimization. I take it as a long-term investment, and I hope the company continues to work on improving the product to fulfil its potential and scope.
