Q: Hello, 1.

Are premium stores and subdomains similar in your case, means set up one store on one domain. Is premium user and website administrator same thing?

2. I currently run a woocommerce store, so can I use it to market my own products, if yes how? Is it like affiliate tracking, management and payment system in such case? Will it work with brizy.io built plus hosted sites?

Am I suppose to pay 10% commission or transaction fee to you in this case?

3. I write blog, so can I curate existing products in your store and then embed them in website, I think if someone clicks and buys products like this, clarify if I need to pay 10% commission or transaction fee (on payment) in this case?

4. Sumolings have asked about bringing your own affiliates or Amazon affiliates, I was not able to understand it, so kindly clarify.

5. Is it like getradius.com (Reditus) or Rakuten type platform?

6. Seems you are from India, so where is your development center, team size and years in business? What's your vision to support, develop and maintain this product after this deal ends?

Thankyou!

A: Hi there,

Please see my inline responses:

1. Are premium stores and subdomains similar in your case, means set up one store on one domain. Is premium user and website administrator same thing?
- You can connect a subdomain or domain to a premium store. Also, you can add up to 3 users per premium store.

2. I currently run a woocommerce store, so can I use it to market my own products, if yes how? Is it like affiliate tracking, management and payment system in such case? Will it work with brizy.io built plus hosted sites?
- Ours is not an affiliate management system to manage your own affiliate. We allow users to sell products of other brands that are already part of an affiliate network. For example, if you are endorsing Nike products you can get affiliated instantly and start promoting their products.

Am I suppose to pay 10% commission or transaction fee to you in this case?
- NA

3. I write blog, so can I curate existing products in your store and then embed them in website, I think if someone clicks and buys products like this, clarify if I need to pay 10% commission or transaction fee (on payment) in this case?
- Yes, you can add the products to your store and embed it to your website to promote them. You can add your own affiliate link in which case you don’t pay any commission. However, if you are using our inbuilt auto monetization feature you pay a 10% commission.

4. Sumolings have asked about bringing your own affiliates or Amazon affiliates, I was not able to understand it, so kindly clarify.
- The auto monetization feature is not available for Amazon stores and you have to add your own Amazon affiliate ID.

5. Is it like getradius.com Reditus or Rakuten type platform?
- It is not like Reditus. We work with affiliate networks such as Rakuten to enable auto monetization.

6. Seems you are from India, so where is your development center, team size and years in business? What's your vision to support, develop and maintain this product after this deal ends?
- We are an equity funded business based in the UK. We have team members from three countries including India. Our vision is to deliver a platform that fulfils the commerce needs of creators and marketers. We believe creators and marketers need a different type of commerce infrastructure that is flexible enough to sell and endorse products. Some of the upcoming features in pipeline are theme builder and ability to sell your own products.

Thanks,
Sonu

Hello,

1. Can you tell me more about your inbuilt monetization feature, the concept of paying 10% transaction fees is applicable in which scenarios?

2. Do you have business categories and digital products, and what's this problem with images import?

3. So I can't use your solution to build my affiliate network but then you say upcoming features include ability to sell your own products, can you please clear this confusion?

Thank you!

Hi there,

1. Can you tell me more about your inbuilt monetization feature, the concept of paying 10% transaction fees is applicable in which scenarios?
- By in-built monetization, we mean that when you add a product link to Shopper.com we will automatically convert that link to an affiliate link. This feature is available with more than 25k+ stores globally. We take 10% commission if you use our auto monetization option. If you use your own affiliate links, we do not charge any commission.

2. Do you have business categories and digital products, and what's this problem with images import?
- We automatically grab images when you add a product link to Shopper.com. Sometimes the images don’t get fetched and you have to add the images manually. Could you please elaborate on the question regarding digital products.

3. So I can't use your solution to build my affiliate network but then you say upcoming features include ability to sell your own products, can you please clear this confusion?
- In future, we will allow users to sell their own products/ services. However, users may not have the option to set up their own affiliate via us.

Also, happy to set up a demo if that helps. Could you please send us an email on support@shopper.com.

Best,
Sonu

Hello,

1. I understand most of what you said except, "if you use your own affiliate links, we don't charge 10% comission"

So that means I can add woocommerce product or service link and you will convert it into
affiliate link and then it will be part of your 25k stores network and if some sales happen for my product/service, you will charge 10% transaction feeand transfer remaining amount to me.

Please clarify.

2. By digital products, I meant software or other internet products/services and are they part of your network?

3. So you mean to say, in future you may allow us to sell products/services like shopify, woocommerce, dukaan (an ongoing Appsumo deal) buy we can't set up affiliate network with it, can you suggest a robust affiliate product which works with Woocommerce.

Thank you!

Hi there,

Please clarify.
- Affiliate networks generally do that and we are not an affiliate network. We partner with affiliate networks to enable monetisation for 25k partner stores. What I meant by using your own affiliate links is that some marketers already have relationships with affiliate networks/ brands and prefer to use their own affiliate IDs/ links. In these cases we do not charge 10% commission fee.

2. By digital products, I meant software or other internet products/services and are they part of your network?
- Yes, you can promote physical/ digital products/ services.

3. So you mean to say, in future you may allow us to sell products/services like shopify, woocommerce, dukaan (an ongoing Appsumo deal) buy we can't set up affiliate network with it, can you suggest a robust affiliate product which works with Woocommerce.
- Yes that’s right, in future our users can sell their own products/ services. Generally brands go for established affiliate networks such as CJ, ShareaSale, PepperJam etc.

Thanks,
Sonu
