First, I am impressed, and I would like to congratulate the Shopper.com team on this fantastic solution!
I am interested in buying the License Tier 3 plan, but I want you to please address the following questions to see if the Shopper.com platform is a good fit for my use case:
1. I am in the International Trade Industry (B2B Import/Export Business), can I embed and use the Shopper.com platform to list commodities & Products on my Marketplace page. Do you have any sample sites that are using your platform to accomplish this?
2. Most of my global business customers are from the Middle East and Africa, and the Arabic language is critical for my online business. Does the Shopper.com platform support Right-to-Left (RTL) languages such as Arabic? If yes, do you have a demo?
3. I am using a plugin called TranslatePress https://translatepress.com/ to translate the site from English to Arabic and vice versa. Can the Shopper.com WordPress plugin detect the language of the website? Would you please let me know if the TranslatePress plugin will be supported?
4. Would you please clarify if I can use a custom domains & subdomains like MyDomain.com, Products.MyDomain.com, etc.?
5. Can the Shopper.com platform be fully white labeled. E.g., Logos, Email Notifications, External Links, Custom Domains/CNAME, etc.?
6. Any plans to integrate with vBout, WishPond, INBOX, and KonnectzIT platforms? (All AppSumo Apps)

- We don’t have examples of this specific use case. However, happy to demonstrate the embed capabilities on a demo call. Could you please send an email on [email protected] and we will arrange the demo.

- Currently the platform is available only in English. However, we are working on adding language support for more languages which is due in the next few weeks.

- The Wordpress plugin displays the product from Shopper.com store. If you add the product name in Arabic, it will get displayed exactly the same. We have not tried using Translatepress yet. Will try it and let you know the results.
4. Would you please clarify if I can use a custom domains & subdomains like MyDomain.com, Products.MyDomain.com, etc.?
- Yes, you can use domains and custom domains with your Shopper.com store.
5. Can the Shopper.com platform be fully white labeled. E.g., Logos, Email Notifications, External Links, Custom Domains/CNAME, etc.?
- Yes
6. Any plans to integrate with vBout, WishPond, INBOX, and KonnectzIT platforms? (All AppSumo Apps)
- We have integration with Zapier at the moment. Will consider integrating with more based on the user requirements.

In order for the Shopper.com platform to support RTL languages, the platform should be able to do text direction and text alignment of buttons, questions, and paragraphs. This is important because RTL languages read and write every HTML design element in the reverse order, so when icons or arrows are on the left-hand side of the screen for the LTR, it would be in the reverse direction for the RTL. This is required for the perfect web design standards for RTL languages… I am proficient in Arabic, and I can help your team for free to support the RTL languages.
