However those are not listed in 1000's of online stores globally section of your homepage. There's not much information on the page about the specific features, network, or "how it actually works"..
Can I link the store with Impact, Tapfilliate, and other affiliate platforms and get the links to products from there? Or I still have to link them manually.

On the home page, we’ve listed the stores we work with and not the affiliate networks - CJ, Impact etc are affiliate networks. The working is fairly simple - when you add a product URL, we deep link the product URL with affiliate.
Yes, if you have affiliate relationships, then you can simply use that affiliate URL, or use auto monetisation option built-in the Shopper.com platform where you don’t have the affiliate relationship.
