It Doesn't Recognize Purchases
Long story short I downgraded from Tier 3 to Tier 1 for one reason: it did not recognized over $2,000 in purchases made. Upsetting? Yes. And the support for it was mediocre. I still have a tier 1 account (1 store) which I'll test in the last 30 days of the refund window. The idea of not having to deal with partnering sites and having one dashboard to collect all that data is amazing. I'm just wishing it works before I have to make the decision of keeping it or refunding. Let's see...
