Shopper.com: A Solid Affiliate-Based SaaS (With Many Other Use-Cases) Backed By A Team Filled With Ambition + Integrity
So, I haven't fully delved into Shopper.com and its rich features (but I am THOROUGHLY impressed with the ones I have 'played' around with so far in depth). Still, one thing I can say is they are a company that has Integrity, and this is one of those companies where you KNOW longevity is for sure it is not one of those things where it's questionable. Because they purchased the 'shopper.com' domain alone, you can tell they mean business (anyone who knows about domain purchasing/selling/brokering knows that that domain name likely DID NOT come inexpensively).
I've dealt with their support about a few new features on separate occasions -- Nina is excellent (and I hope support stays as solid as they are). They were highly professional, did not seem to make false claims (they do EXACTLY what they said they would), and to my surprise, I threw out 'randomly' that they SHOULD CONSIDER doing something, and the next thing I know, it was done. You can tell the founder is extremely intelligent (I watched an interview with her, and her answers were honest and thought-provoking), and her team seems to echo the same core characteristics. She seems to live by the mantra; if we win, you win.
Finally, this deal IS A SUPER NO-BRAINER if you want to enter the affiliate marketing arena (and there are other creative use-cases you will figure out you can utilize the platform for once you're inside). I've been in affiliate marketing a LONG time, and getting approved to some of these networks is like going to Bootcamp. They want you to jump through hoops and do XYZ, and then you STILL may not get accepted. I've seen people 'cry' because they were not accepted to a network -- because of the rejection component, and the reality is if you can't prove numbers and how you're going to get the sale, you may not be accepted. So, this way is better for your spirit when starting (Shopper has done the 'hard' work for you in that area) -- in my opinion. There are more places than just the BIG 'A,' and Shopper.com proves this. I'm glad they also listed many of the companies in their database (it's a start), and I am sure they will get this together over time (so it will stand out more). But, I was 'geeked' at how fast they implemented it once we questioned it so that lets you know they are listening. I cannot praise their company enough. I think they will do big things. The product is SOLID and not buggy (it's well developed).
Anyways, anyone on the fence, grabbing at least a code, will NOT hurt you. Shopper.com is here to win and not feed you false B.S. and a roadmap filled with pipe dreams.
