Like in the editor... I don't have the option for video blocks or custom CSS or to hide the footer... Grok says I'm supposed to have all kinds of advanced features that simply don't exist in my version of Shorby, and I have the lifetime agency upgrade, suggesting my account was not migrated to the latest version of Shorby. And where are these widgets that we "need", per the December 2019 update (Posted February 9, 2023)? It takes forever and a half for support to get back to questions asked via chat. It's almost like Shorby is run by one or two people. And there haven't been any new updates in years. Beacons.AI looks like an attractive alternative at this point... which is a shame. I really love Shorby and was looking forward to fresh new updates.
Did this company go out of business? I tried to login, nothing happens. I go to my link on IG, nothing happens. I try to reset my password, nothing happens. I check my email for notifications, nothing. WTF is going on?
I was very disappointed to buy a limited plan in terms of features. It would be quite reasonable for Shorby to allow us access to the mid-plane. It's part of those purchases that we make without understanding the tool very well and then we regret it, you know?
Any plans on allowing sales again?
