NicolasQ: Hey, I'm trying to figure how I could use Shorby with my customers if I buy the Agency plan.
Could you please confirm (or not) what follows ?
1) If a typical Shorby domain based URL is OK with my customers for the Smart pages, I can create up to 250 ones per Dashboard (so 250 customers with one smart page each)
2) But if I want to give them full access to their account, I need to allocate 1 team member to each customer. So in this case, one dashboard can be used with 10 customers.
3) And if I want to provide a customer with CNAME, I have to allocate a full Dashboard to him.
Did I get this right ?

You can create up to 250 links per Dashboard. It can be both shor.by links and links with custom domains. You can add up to 10 team members per one Dashboard only.
If your link has a custom domain, and you don't want to have any shor.by links inside it, you will have to allocate a full Dashboard to one team member.
