Grok says I'm supposed to have all kinds of advanced features that simply don't exist in my version of Shorby, and I have the lifetime agency upgrade, suggesting my account was not migrated to the latest version of Shorby. And where are these widgets that we "need", per the December 2019 update (Posted February 9, 2023)? It takes forever and a half for support to get back to questions asked via chat. It's almost like Shorby is run by one or two people. And there haven't been any new updates in years. Beacons.AI looks like an attractive alternative at this point... which is a shame. I really love Shorby and was looking forward to fresh new updates.
