Q: Hi I am hoping to use this plugin for compressing images for the Google Photos.
just bought the deal and found that it seems to only work for Google Drive, not including Google Photos. Is it correct?
Or something I am missing?

Unfortunately there is no direct way possible to optimize the Google Photos via our application (it uses a different API than Google Drive)
But we found a way to do this, we documented it here:

blue56PLUSNo no no I mean, I have over 20,000+ photos on the Google Photo, if I am going to do it manually, it would be too time consuming. So I give it up ~_~
