If I want to expand beyond 25 numbers, is it possible to do so from one interface?

If I want to expand beyond 25 numbers, is it possible to do so from one interface? (Ex: If I sign up for Tier 3, how do I get the capability to add another 25 numbers? If it requires me to buy a 2nd Tier 3, then can I combine them so I can log into ALL 50 numbers/stats from the same admin panel?)
