MVP = Minimally Viable Product

ShortySMS has a ton of potential, but is just a little short in features at the moment, but I hope they continue to enhance it over time.

I was able to activate, add a test contact, send out a campaign, set up a trigger and automation and show that it all worked as expected. And as they say, you have your own US based toll-free number.

I like it! But not a tremendous amount I can do with it at the moment.

But if they continue to develop and add

inbound webhook/api to create contacts, add, update, remove from campaigns, etc.
outbound webhooks/api based on events, replies, etc.
reporting
custom values for users that can be used as shortcodes in text messages

This could become a real powerhouse, and I hope they do.
