Bad design. although the system works when paired with Twillio and properly configured.
There are many missing features, nothing on the roadmap, no support, and a useless FAQ chat. When manually removing a contact, they're not accounted as an opt-out stat on the Campaign page.

Now I could live with all of that; however, the final nail in the coffin was when I sent out 4,500 texts and the inbox was getting filled up with either the Trigger word, unsubscribes, or other messages, and I could see how after x-amount, was simply removing them messages from the inbox and the number of notifications would go down. Now they're inaccessible contacts. Did they reply with the trigger word? Did they unsubscribe? Did they have a question? All those messages simply vanished.

Unfortunately this will only lead to more and more unintentional Spam SMS campaigns. Deserves the second taco for at lease functioning somewhat. Cost us a TON of money in the process. A reply would be greatly appreciated.
