ShortySMS looks very simple, but it gets the job done. I had to send the mass SMS to thousands of customers and was looking for a 3rd party service that could integrate with my Twilio account.

I liked ShortySMS is able to send personalized SMS with first name and last name included. Also, the 2-way communication with an inbox feature made the conversation easy.
