Q: Hello I have 3 codes.

Impossible to find where to put the 2 code remaining. If I use appsumo activate buton it says not in same email...The AI chatbot talk about Credential tab I dont have...So may you explain the real process? thank you!

A: In appsumo go to upgrade pan in your dashboard, it’s the drop-down beside the product

Thanks but All "change plan" links are grey inactive. Cant do that. Bug or other solution? Sorry its more complicated than expected 😄

I need a solution as asked in Appsumo questions to redem the codes I have or I will have to refund. Only one of 3 code is used. How to activate the 2 remain under m'y account ?
Change plan is inaccessible you could do that manually ?

No could you ask Appsumo directly as we can’t do this manually unless it’s outside Appsumo. If they don’t come back with an answer we can works something out but we are unable to override the billing system. Sorry, they should be able to help you though
