Tier 3 is connected to your Professional Plan, however, Tier 3 on appsumo has half the number of monthly hours when compared to your Professional Plan. Can you please clarify the tiers and how they match to the plans on your site? If this was intentional, can you please clearly specify all the differences between the appsumo plan and the professional plan listed on your site? Thanks

I'm asking because we've been burned by founders who say we're connected to a plan and then when updates are added they say, "well, but in reality we created a 'special' appsumo plan and this feature is not included in that."
