This refers to the total number of unique contacts you can engage with , whether they are new leads, imported contacts, or existing ones.
2. Embedded Video/Video Sharing
We offer privacy settings to ensure secure sharing. You can restrict videos to be viewable only on your domain. Additionally, while the videos can be shared via a link, you can enable or disable sharing permissions based on your preferences.
3. AI Credits
AI credits are consumed for tasks like generating email content, and for creating Autopilot campaigns. It is calculated based on the number of email that can be generated, Ex: 5,000 AI credits equals 5,000 email generation.
4. In-App Notifications
No, your contacts do not need to download our app. In-app notifications are triggered directly within your application or website using our SDK or script integration.

SMS functionality requires additional credits or integration with an external SMS provider. We’ll guide you through setup if needed.
