It’s been a week and I’d like to thank you all for the kind words, the positive and also the negative but constructive feedback so far!

To clarify our offerings & avoid confusion, I’m adding additional FAQ of the AppSumo community hereunder:

Is Shown a great fit for agencies or freelancers?We currently don’t have a dedicated offering for agencies or freelancers with multiple clients. You can still create multiple businesses in your Shown account (by clicking on your business name in the top left corner) and each business will cover one website (=client) & a different subscription. Today, our target audience are small businesses & solo preneurs. We are considering to build more features for agencies/freelancers as there is an increasing demand, but they will not be deployed in the short-term.

Can you import existing campaigns in order to optimise them?No, today we don’t cover the feature of importing existing campaigns in order to optimise them. We create & optimise our own campaigns at this stage.As the demand was rising for this feature, we started working on an import feature that will be for reporting purposes only (see a reporting of all your campaigns in your Shown dashboard) as a first version. This is expected to be live early Q2 2023. Thereafter, we will start working on optimisation features for these imported campaigns. Unfortunately, I cannot tell you an expected time of deployment at this stage, but it should be available later this year.

Do you take an extra fee on the advertising spend?You can choose between two options:Option 1. Connecting your existing ad accounts to Shown. Payments will then happen directly within your own ad accounts. No additional fees are applied in this option.Option 2. Use your Shown account and we will create ad accounts on your behalf. You will then need to credit your Shown balance upfront with 7 days of advertising budget. Note that if you choose this option, there is a 20% fee taken by Shown on your advertising budget.

Which languages do you support for the creation of ad campaigns?The ad creation (with keyword research, AI-based ad copies, etc) will work in all languages. However, our customer support team will only be able to assist you in English, French & Dutch for the moment.

What (future) AI optimisation will happen on my Shown campaigns?You can visit our knowledge center to see the different optimisation that are live today and our public roadmap for the upcoming AI features. We will double down on the development of AI optimisation features in the coming months.

Do you support Facebook lead ads type?Not yet, but this is on our roadmap together with Google lead extensions.

Is there a limit in ad spend in the different Tiers?
