I'm sorry to hear that your experience with us wasn't what you expected. I understand your frustration and want to make things right. Could you please give me some more information about your two issues:

1. Uploading ads: Would you like to select existing ads from your Meta or Twitter account when creating new campaigns? Our tool's primary feature is to create ads. This is why we haven't worked on a feature to import existing ads, but we could consider it if the demand is rising.

2. There are indeed more options on the native ad platforms today. While we may not have all the options available, we prioritize the most important ones that generate high ROI campaigns for our clients. Could you please tell me the options you would like to see in the app?
