A: Currently we do offer a custom domain to edit your page. However, when we launch our biggest feature update called "Scheduling Pages" here in a few weeks, users can customize that url to share.

As far as customizing the Forward to Schedule domain email, this is something we will look at later when we do a overhaul on FTS (Forward to Schedule) for the 2.0 rollout later this year.
