Hi platform looks promising. Did notice you have TFA for accounts which is great. One immediate question that came up is about syncing our contacts. Does Sidekick have access to that data? We have clients that have private contact details and privacy is a major factor. Realistically how is that protected from hackers on your end?

So Sidekick has the ability to sync contacts from you connected Google our Outlook accounts.
Sidekick will automate contacts into your Sidekick contacts, when you schedule with other people. (courtesy feature)
For protecting data, we use the most secure practices with protecting the database, and users data.
2FA, Encryption, Penetration testing, and many other security mechanisms are in place to protect users data.
You contacts belong to your user account, and nobody has access to those records, except for you.
