Q: I've just picked up Tier 2, but am really struggling with the Profile Sync features.
I've previously used Chrome and, as a freelancer with lots of different clients, I had profiles set up for:
— Personal
— Work (Profile 1)
— Work (Profile 2)
etc.
I've tried to migrate these across. The bookmarks have transferred successfully for 'Personal' as intended. But when I go to the person icon in the top right, Sidekick says 'Not Signed In'. I see no 'Log in' option anywhere, and when I go to the Sidekick settings for that workspace, it's locked to the email account I used to purchase the LTD through AppSumo.
I've tried creating a new workspace and selecting the 'Import data from other browsers' option, but it does nothing after I select which profile I want to import.

'Not Signed In' is a visual bug that will be solved in the next update. However, it shouldn't cause any issues. Please contact us via the built-in chat on the new tab page (the dialog icon) so that we can help.

Sorry, no way to edit my question. For clarify, the 'Personal' profile in Chrome did not use the same email address as my Sidekick/Appsumo login.
