I was an early and enthusiastic user of sidekick! It was the first tool that helped me reign in my too-many-tabs-and-windows problem. But one day all google apps (docs and sheets) stopped working. It was sort of a disaster for me, because I had spent a lot of time organizing everything and living inside sidekick. Moving back to Chrome was a huge time suck.

I'd really like to move back to sidekick because (other than this hellish bug) was awesome. So, I want to know: (a) Do you know the problem I am talking about (at the time all I got from your support was a big shrug and 'no one else has this problem' even though since I've talked with one other person who also had this problem) and (b) Is it fixed / how long did it take to acknowledge and fix.

If so, I'd like to come back.
