First off, just bought today: the UI looks excellent and navigating the app is seamless -- the concept is exciting too.
I'm thinking about using your signals in tandem with other indicators.
Just concerned that the first two reviews have been low and you're taking time to reply both here and on the support chat in the dashboard itself.
How committed are you to making this work?

Thanks for reaching out to us. We are very committed to building a platform that continues to support our community of traders. As with all new products, you launch with a first iteration, and we did this based on our backtesting showing that our Signals work (78% resulted in a positive 30 day return).
In the meantime:
- We are currently building a public product roadmap to show our dedication to improvement and development.
- Last week we launched our custom watchlist so our members can customize their dashboard
- We are working on deploying custom alerts for tickers in your watchlist so you can be notified of predicted price movements
- This week the 'learn" tab will be launched, with a full in platform demo
