The Signaturely platform eSignature uses signing certificates that have been audited against the eIDAS Qualified Electronic Seals standard. User signatures obtained using Signaturely are considered Standard Electronic Signatures.

2. Thanks for your feedback on how the branding works. We can see that the way our branding is being displayed at the moment is far from suitable. Our team is already working on an update to improve these two situations:
a) Remove Signaturely Branding from the header of your branded email
b) Remove the sign-up prompt after signing the document.
I will update this thread when the update is live.

I’m glad to inform you that our branding setup has been updated, Now you won’t see our branding on the header of our email, and the Page redirection will work immediately after your clients submit their signatures. (The Sign-up section was deleted as well).
