After waiting ages for a digital signing product, we get TWO.... Grabsign and Signaturely. Tough call on which one to choose as they essentially both do the same thing... Get other people to sign on the dotted line.

Not being too picky; however, the website and product are littered with spelling and grammatical errors, which tend to ring alarm bells in my head. That can be easily remedied with a good proof-reader. The product itself I found a bit clunky and tricky to place items EXACTLY where I wanted them. To maintain consistency, I always appreciate products that provide grid lines or sizing options to keep some form of universal orderliness in templates.

Fortunately, I had some word templates to use with Signaturely. There is some pre-formatting required to get the desired document appearance. There is also a good selection of hi-quality templates which can be adapted to suit your business. There is an embedded workflow automation module that needs to be more flexible as in certain instances, I would like to be the last signatory on a contract.

Functionality-wise, it can not be faulted as the notification aspect works quite well. It would help to have integromat/zapier functionality to pull email addresses from a CRM and/or also automatically upload returned documents in a CRM.

This is geared mainly for one brand/team environment, unlike the product mentioned earlier, which offers a two brand option and only one user. Signaturely gets my vote in unashamedly using savvy pricing and a rather generous offering. Fix the clunkiness, and I will up my Taco rating to 5!
