I signed up for Signaturely hoping that it would my go-to tool for infrequent need for online signatures. I have a very simple use: I only have two templates which my colleague shares with some people to get their signature. I created the templates, tested the service, and everything looked good. Then I invited my colleague to start using those templates and sending it to people. To my surprise, those templates were not accessible to her. She could see the names, but she couldn't access those. And when she tried creating a new request, template dropdown was empty.

I contacted their support on 8 days ago. It took several emails for them to understand the problem, something that I expected to be a basic feature of their "team work" functionality. They promised to solve it and get back to me quickly. They got back to me twice after that saying the team is working on it, but nothing more. Then they stopped even answering my email asking for an update.

With this experience, it is hard for me to trust this service with my legal documents.
