Honestly, I am not the type to write reviews in Appsumo, even though I spent over 7000$ on deals just in 2020 buying from Appsumo's amazing software and tools.

BUT, I COULD NOT RESIST MYSELF FROM WRITING THIS ONE!

I used to use Adobe Sign for signing documents but my Adobe CC subscription ended and I didn't renew it as I found other convenient (and cheap) options for what I needed. But not for Adobe Sign though... I had to think fast and decided to use HelloSign for its simplicity. One day later, Signaturely showed up in Appsumo and GOSH THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED!

PROS:
✅ Simple, simple, simple, simple, I can't say it enough. The user experience and user interface are flawless. You can turn into a Signaturely Pro in no time!
✅ Legally binding and a member of AATL (Adobe Approved Trust List) so you can make sure that every contract, document, or whatever is legally binding to you and to other parties.
✅ SECURE, All data is encrypted in transit using 256-bit encryption and in Encrypted at Rest. Also, it offers 2 Factor Authentication which is something you really need when dealing with such sensitive legal files.
✅ Notifications about updates send you an email whenever the second party views and sign the document so you can always know what's going on.
✅ Detailed Activity Log for each document so you can keep track of what happened and when and by whom.
✅ One-Click Reminders, one of my clients took too long to sign the document, I clicked "Send Reminder" and Signaturely took care of the rest!
✅ A generous LTD that you don't wanna miss

CONS:
❌ No way to export the activity log of each document and if you downloaded the document it does not include the activity log in it which other software offers... + it's on the roadmap.
❌ Too Too Too much Signturaly branding, it's literally all over the place which annoys me so much, I don't care about white-labeling such software and I know that LTD's cost them a lot, but come on, putting your logo and signup form in every corner is too much. Also, after someone signs the document they get this signup for the free page which really confuses them whether they finished signing the document or not, and then, if you looked closer, you can see a small successful notice that the document has been signed :) It should not be this way! I like your branding and colors but it was too much that it annoyed my client as well.
❌ No way to organize your files and documents, I only have a couple of documents now (since it's my first month using it) but I am sure after 3-4 months from now I will be drowning in documents that the dashboard will turn into chaos... Having something like folders, tags, collections, anything to organize the files would be much appreciated.
❌ No option to add the company's stamp as an image

The cons are not a deal-breaker for me honestly and I will surely buy another code to get unlimited users for my team members. Overall, I highly recommend getting this tool the soonest you can!!
