What the Heck?!
I switched over to Signaturely, set up my templates and had several agreements to go out quickly. I am still waiting for them to go out ... I flagged support and was told it might be a bug. In the meantime, I had to revert back to another competitors product which was a little more expensive to continue onboarding new clients. And, one of the reasons I switched because the base cost allowed for 3 users, but my small team can't see my templates or the agreements that have gone out. Definitely disappointed but awaiting for this to be resolved and hopefully, this experience is just a series of unfortunate events.
