Q: Microsoft exchange

Hello, we use a Microsoft Exchange Server in our company. Direct communication takes place via the Outlook desktop application. All emails sent by the system go via the ERP system, which is also connected to Microsoft Exchage. Can Signitic be used to create the signatures and campaigns in this scenario? However, it would be important that the emails sent by the ERP system are also taken into account and the email signature or campaign is automatically attached here. Thank you already.

A: Hello,

While we’ve seen great success in those environments, every ecosystem has its own nuances. To ensure a perfect fit, we recommend starting a 14-day free trial. This gives you hands-on time to verify the performance in your specific environment.

Our support team is available throughout your trial to answer any technical questions.

We look forward to working with you!

Best wishes,
Neringa from Signitic

Hello Neringa, thank you for your feedback. Can you tell me what you mean by "each ecosystem has its own nuances"? Can you briefly explain how it works or send me instructions for technical implementation if our ERP system is not listed in your integrations? How does Signitic basically work? Is a corresponding signature simply attached to the email for everything that originates from the server?

Hello again Ben,

Just please contact us on [email protected] and we will share with you more.

Thanks a lot!
