To start the ui is an absolute mess and that hasn't improved in a year! It's unintuitive, oftentimes randomly appears in french and other times is just infuriating (having to refresh preview of a signature drops you from detail view to list view 🤦)
The editor is basic and has quite a few issues, bugs such as place holders showing instead of profile image, drag and drop incorrectly places items, near impossible to adjust padding. Vertical alignment is iffy at best and doesn't work as expected, social icons don't always appear after the first edit. The plugin for email clients is obtrusive, auto loads at start, pops up at load etc and again french only.
Sure it was free, i may even be tempted to subscribe but not in its current state. It screams "abandoned" or lack of care in the product because obviously bugs still exist after a year. It's certainly not worth and certainly not with it being in french half the time 🤷
Not really sure why it does not let me signup, but it tells me it does not accept individual emails. What's the point if you do not accept all emails. Pointless!

Signitic is designed for organizations with more than one user. We provide a tool to harmonize your signatures so there is no point to use Signitic if you just want a signature for yourself. Another fact is we use features from G Suite or O365 to update your signatures that are you don't have on a simple Gmail account. Hope you get my points.
Since signing up for this service, I've been spammed with emails. Before even having time to try it out. The live chat on their site asked me to type out my question - which I did, and was informed it would be about 10 minutes. In that time, I went into my account and stopped the mails myself (keep in mind that there was no UNSUBSCRIBE option on their mails.) I was then greeted with a snarky response from Laurent, telling me to mind my manners, and then my account was deleted. He's denying that my account was deleted, but I can't log on anymore. Luckily his response made my decision to use the product so much easier.
Great email signature tool for marketing/remote teams
Very easy to set email signatures for your whole team and to make updates across the board. I like the design templates they have and the fact that you can track your email banners' performance. My only gripe is that the design of your email signature does not always copy over/translate to non-gmail ESPs like Spark. I'd love to see increased functionality. Other than that, a very happy user!
Knowing what happens after we hit send on an email and having it tracked in one dashboard is great.

Won't Accept Indiv Emails
