Laurent needs an attitude check
Since signing up for this service, I've been spammed with emails. Before even having time to try it out.
The live chat on their site asked me to type out my question - which I did, and was informed it would be about 10 minutes. In that time, I went into my account and stopped the mails myself (keep in mind that there was no UNSUBSCRIBE option on their mails.)
I was then greeted with a snarky response from Laurent, telling me to mind my manners, and then my account was deleted.
He's denying that my account was deleted, but I can't log on anymore.
Luckily his response made my decision to use the product so much easier.
