I've already picked up tier 1 but am giving some serious thought to upgrading - especially based on some of the improvements and additions you've mentioned in your replies here.

A: Hi! Thank you for your question. We are planning to increase the limits for all plans in the future. As I mentioned earlier, integrations and all possible updates will be available for all plans. This means we will continue to support all plans equally moving forward. However, unfortunately, we cannot lower the prices or limits at this time, as it would not allow our unit economics to work out.
Yes, I understand your question, but unfortunately, we cannot change the offer conditions at the moment. In the future, I believe we will definitely expand the tracking plans for all tiers, as a larger customer base will allow us to achieve better unit economics 👌

Please update the Roadmap accordingly with the answers you've supplied inc integrations integrations Webhooks (Zapier, IFTTT, etc.) On ALL plans as promised :) Im in as I think you have a great future in this space. Suggestion - Do a customer survey ASAP on making this really unique.

No one is asking to lower prices. We just want the plans to be tracked to something higher than Light which is your lowest plan…lower than Starter.
