Q: Can you please be a bit more generous and link this to starter or business plan updates?
This seems like a great product and deal but linking it to the Light Plan kind of gives me the biggest RED FLAG feeling ever and feels like a rip-off if you are getting Tier 3. Please be reasonable. I'm keen to support this tool but you need to relook at that.

As I mentioned earlier, integrations and all possible updates will be available for all plans. This means we will continue to support all plans equally moving forward. However, unfortunately, we cannot lower the prices or limits at this time, as it would not allow our unit economics to work out.
ben9050No one is asking to lower prices. We just want the plans to be tracked to something higher than Light which is your lowest plan…lower than Starter.
Yes, I understand your question, but unfortunately, we cannot change the offer conditions at the moment. In the future, I believe we will definitely expand the tracking plans for all tiers, as a larger customer base will allow us to achieve better unit economics 👌
