Mean send a mass message after some time? (keeping 24-hour rule) 3. Do you have some integration other than Zappier or Google sheets?

That's what all your responses about LTD's are, canned responses... Copy and paste...
When you cannot take the time to message someone individually, it shows what your customer support will be like. At least edit the canned response so it doesn't look exactly the same every time.
No need to reply, it will most likely be a canned response.
