Not sure if it's good approach or not but no body care as the most important part for any SAAS product to become successful comes next. How far you can go? From costumer services, roadmap checklist, and so on...The only difference that I notice between you and Manychat that you keep increasing the amount of $$$ related to the number of user's engagement with the each Chatbot and it seems the sky is the limit for you guys ;) However, Manychat cap that amount at cap because there's no reason to charge extra $$$ I think you should guys be reasonable and you should think to share the pie with others as it's win-win when you are having many users and collecting more data that make your platform much smarter with time. I think better you come up with a better offer. By the way, ActiveChat was here too and they doing well.
