That decision is out of our hand due to the company policy as well as we are continuously working on developing new features for the tool since 2020 and we never stopped!

But you are the company, right? Someone, at some point, decided the best course of action would be to prohibit refunds for this item. Business decisions are usually driven by some sort of logical reasoning.

For a potential purchaser, it would be relevant to know why that decision was made. Usually a customer-centric refund policy is a selling point, so you can probably see why it's something that we notice immediately in this listing. I want to take advantage of this deal, but I would also like to know the answer to this question.
