Q: What is the contact info for support?
I log in and get immediately logged out. There's no SSL certificate so sometimes the website won't load at all. I see other people having trouble here. Looks like abandonware. Why is this deal still available on AppSumo?
BilkoDavePLUSI think the problem is that their SSL is for https://similarmail.com. If I access the site at https://www.similarmail.com with Firefox browser I get a warning that it is a suspect website and that the SSL is not valid for the dmain name.

Is there any update on this? I sent an email on the support (customercare@similarmail.com), but did not receive any reply. Or no one ever read my email. I cannot login to my account. thank you

SimilarMail no longer allows me to login. If you try lost password, it will display "A link to reset your password has been successfully sent to your email" but no email is sent. Given that this question was asked in January and it is now the end of July, SimilarMail may be abandonware.
