Q: UX/UI

I'm not talking about the functionality itself, which is constantly evolving and getting better...

But are you considering any improvements to the UX/UI in the future❓
I'm referring to the buttons and design, which are currently quite clunky.

How I use two codes for two independent Workspaces?
How do I do it❓

I.e. how to add a second Workspace where I could use another 1 code.

A: You create a new account with a new email. And then add the other account as a member.

Then, when you log in, you can switch between accounts in the top right corner.

But only email login works. It won't log in if you use a password for obvious security reasons.

Q: CNAME

I would like a CNAME to be available for Simple Commenter

for shared:
- PDF documents
- invitations

So that it works on my domain.

This increases credibility among my clients that I am not sending them some kind of threat in the URL link.

Q: Can this be specifically used for client feedback? I want them to come to my page to leave ME a review, not my page

Maybe this might be on the road map but it this tool seems perfect for our clients to click a link, fill out the short form and poof, their feedback is automatically added to the page below.

This could be for comments to a video above or questions to the course their taking or best example would be for leaving a 5 star plus commenting and maybe even uploading a picture to show future clients what our past customers think of us.

Because this is so streamlined, it would work perfect for these use cases although, maybe it's already part of the software or maybe it can be put on the roadmap. Thoughts?

A: Yes — this tool can be used for client feedback. You can choose whether comments are visible to all visitors (like testimonials/reviews) or private to the admin only. While it wasn’t originally designed as a review platform, many users adapt it for feedback on courses, videos, or client projects, and it works well for that use case. So you have to see for yourself if this works for you :)
