Q: is this like markup and use pastel?
I've been using those free plans until they change their pricing. Other tools didn't allow live feedback and focused more on screen shots and installing codes.
What's the set up process for this? can we just insert a live site and it's ready to comment on? Or do you have to install a code for each page ? which is annoying.

But yes, the tool only works with a script. And there' really no way around it.
It's either that or installing a Chrome extension. And I installing the script is an easier solution for clients.
Installing via workpress plugin is in the works.
