This new version will introduce an advanced Help Desk paired with a real-time chat widget. User conversations will be tickets on your Dashboard, allowing you to address them promptly, assign them for team collaboration, or resolve them directly.

With our simple one-line code integration, you'll be able to embed a live chat widget directly into your product. This will enable your users to interact with the AI Chatbot or connect with a human support agent. We will give you options to customize your widget fully. You will also have the option to embed your entire knowledge base in this chat widget.

🖥️ Multiple Workspaces

We hear you! You will finally be able to manage multiple workspaces within a single account. Each workspace will have its own knowledge base, help desk, and AI Chatbot. You'll be able to switch between them seamlessly and work on multiple tabs to answer customer questions for multiple projects simultaneously.
