Maximum points for Simplebase - an impressive help desk tool!

I have tried many help desk tools in my time, but none have impressed me as much as Simplebase. This tool deserves full marks from me without a doubt! Not only does it fulfil all my requirements perfectly, but it exceeds them with its ease of use and efficiency.

The ease with which I can manage my customer enquiries is simply phenomenal. The dashboard is intuitively designed and allows me to keep track and respond quickly. The integration into our system went smoothly and I was particularly impressed by the customisability.

Of course, as with any software, there are wishes for future functions. If these could be fulfilled, I would even give it 5 plus stars! In particular, I would like to see a multilingual setting for the chatbot so that it can communicate in the chosen language. The possibility of integrating the chatbot into certain areas of the website would also be a great advantage.

For training the chatbot, it would be helpful if you could upload more than one file at a time - ideally up to 10 files at once, with the names being taken directly from the files. In addition, direct ticket opening in the chatbot would be a fantastic addition for an even more efficient customer experience.

I am convinced that Simplebase has the potential to build a large community. To achieve this, it is important that the support team continues to improve its speed and responds to enquiries promptly. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with Simplebase and look forward to seeing how the tool develops and makes my work easier.
