I have tried Burner Mail which is very good, but I think SimpleLogin is bit better. What I really like is that it is Open Source.
I was up and running in about 10 minutes with my own domain and adding aliases is extremely easy.
The UI intuitive and well made and it looks great on both desktop, browser add-on and on iOS app.
SimpleLogin takes security very seriously and it is great with the PGP encryption option and the HaveIBeenPwned integration which alerts me if my alias is exposed in a data breach. (Which has not been the case yet).
