Good automation support, which is what I actually cared about
Most tools in this space look decent in the UI but fall apart when you try to automate anything. Bought this specifically because it has proper Make․com modules — not just a webhook you have to figure out yourself.
Set up a scenario that creates branded short links with UTM tags whenever we publish a new landing page. Took about 10 minutes. Also generates a QR code automatically which goes into our print materials folder.
The product itself is straightforward. Clean interface, links work fast, analytics are detailed enough. Nothing revolutionary but it's reliable and the API actually does what the docs say it does.
Would have given 4 stars because there's no bulk import yet but the founder mentioned it's on the roadmap and the support has been responsive so I trust it's coming. 5 for now.

Thank you so much for the detailed review — this is exactly the kind of feedback that makes my day! ❤️
Really glad the Make.com integration clicked for you (pun intended). That automated landing page → branded short link → QR code workflow is one of my favourite use cases, and it's great to hear it only took 10 minutes to set up.
Quick note on bulk import — you can actually do this today using the Zapier or Make.com integration! A few users have set up a simple scenario that reads from a CSV/Google Sheet and creates branded short links in bulk with UTM tags automatically. Drop us a message at contact@simpleurl.tech and we'll share the exact template so you can get it running in minutes. Once we build native bulk import we'll contact you.
Thanks again for the trust — we're not slowing down! 🚀
