Unfortunately not enough powerful for getting adequate conclusions of comment analysis
In our context, this tool is unfortunately useless for comment analysis. Indeed, only keywords are automatically proposed by the tool, but these are devoid of context and therefore not usable.
We can put tags, but only manually. I would have thought that the tool could have learned from the tags we add on a sample of comments and then generalize on the whole analysis. After discussion with the support this doesn’t seem to be part of the tool.
Even grouping and analyzing by sentiment leads to wrong conclusions after reading the comments manually.

May 9, 2024I went in detail through the multiple exchanges between Mr Guillaume Corriveau and our support team.
It immediately rung a bell. It really felt like this Don Mc Millan gig: https://youtu.be/KbSPPFYxx3o
Say you sell tools. On one hand you have a screwdriver and a hammer. On the other, a screw and a nail.
Now there is an unhappy guy who complains
The guy: "It does not work!!!"
Us:: "What do you mean?"
The guy: "I mean it is shit.. I can't put the nail intt he wall. It is not for me"
Us: "Ok maybe your wall is too solid?"
The guy: "No it does not work at all. I take the screwdriver. Hit the nail. Does not work"
Us: "Ah ok, I understand. Please use the hammer."
The guy: "No, It does not work. It is not practical. Shitty product design"
Us: "With the hammer?"
The guy: "I use the screwdriver. With the nail. It is ill designed."
Us: 'Ok let me send you a 30' video on how to do it"
The guy: "I am sorry. it does not work. I don't need to watch any video (NB: yeah, of course, we can track views...). Nor try any of the advice you gave me. I am too smart for that. Now, what could I do to feel better in life? Let's leave a poor review to these guys. They sell tools that don't work. My mission is to tell the world."
Sumo-lings are demanding, time-conscious, tech savvy, never complacent. Vast majority who tried SimpleX were REALLY happy. Some showed us things they could do we did not even think about. Some others just said: "Guys, it is not what I thought it was. improve your communication."
But this is the first guy who wants to do something that is exactly what you can do with SimpleX ... and use so much energy not doing it.
Guillaume, I am really... frustrated about all this.
So, if it is not sabotage (and I have no reason to believe it is , I naturally trust people), I am ready to dedicate 1 hour of my life showing you, with your own data, how to achieve your objective of analyzing text comments from engagement surveys.
