Jack.SQ: No Roadmap :( The basis for startups.
A lot of ideas that users want to report elude.
I miss simple submission of ideas, roadmap ideas. To be able to send an idea from the form on the website.

We do have a roadmap however it is internal to us.
We believe that it's good to have a private roadmap until a start develops moat (business' ability to maintain competitive advantages over its competitors in order to protect its long-term profits and market share from competing firms.)
For SimplyDocs users, there is a "Feature Request" button available in the logged-in section. Visitors who are not our subscribers can always use "Contact Us" to reach us.
I feel proud in saying that till date we did not lose a track of any communication. I am sure a lot of users who purchased a deal over AppSumo can vouch for our commitments towards accepting the suggestions and delivering the outcome.
