What I like
It's like having an online repository for all Documents..Workflows.. and they recently launched Proposals!
What still needs to improve on
Pre-made templates like on Proposals. It would be better if the team does pre-made templates right inside the platform with some fancy designs and common wordings used on those specific documents
Onboarding still needs some improvement (i.e. what are variables? does this work like a mail merge on docs? etc.)
Does the platform support eSignatures in the documents? I cannot see it at the moment, but maybe you guys can introduce this feature while the deal is running!

P.S. I could post an article about this platform one of these days, just too busy with a lot of projects right now so please BUY THIS! =)

Involved users like you bring a lot of value in the product.
We have plans around proposal templates in our roadmap and let me admit that we will work on the user onboarding. Having said that, your understanding of variables is right. They are like mail-merge.
The platform currently has eSign feature. The signing works in two areas, (1) internal review (workflow) of filled documents, and, (2) other party signing the proposals. You can visit the 'Configuration' section to Create/Upload signatures.
I once again thank you for being vocal about the platform and sharing your suggestions.
