This product is exactly what I was looking for. It serves an incredibly underserved need of document management, and dynamic document creation. I'm still evaluating it, but based on the findings thus far it does a great job. The workflow is:
- Create a template (full WYSIWYG, ability to add and position images, etc.)
- Add variables, and place them on the template
- Submit a call via API with the variables, and get back the rendered PDF or Word with the changes. Alternately, there is a way to supply sets of variables in bulk (via Excel) and get back the results for that batch (I think the limit per batch is around 100, which is plenty)

Kapil and his team has been incredibly responsive, open to suggestions, and a definite pleasure to deal with. It looks like they are already considering/working on many great things, such as condition-based flow, logic validation & derived variables logic.

Few of my wishes for the product:
1. CNAME .. this is an absolute must if SimplyDocs is accessed by customers (rather than as a back-end system)
2. Ability to layer variables on top of the image
3. Integration with the Integromat, webhooks, and ability to initiate workflow, and send the results of the workflow to an Integromat-like integration app
4. Ability to work with the document sets (e.g. step 1 - client asking questions, step 2 - tailoring of multiple documents at once, step 3 - submission of the document set to the endpoint)
5. Workflows, where based on the input (or the customer's answers when filling in the form), answers can influence: a) which documents are included in the resulting set b) which blocks in the document are included per document c) "mail merge" of the document based on customer's name/company name, etc.
6. Ability to self-service for the step #5, e.g., customer comes in, answers, downloads results set. Ideally, this can be done either via SimplyDocs, or via WordPress (if WP can send input, and somehow receive output), perhaps a native WP plugin?
7. Ability to charge customers per generation of the set - either natively, or via WordPress (which should be much easier), discount coupons, etc.
